• Return & Refund Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

     

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    To request a return, please first contact us at support@pawsrush.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you detail instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to PawsRush without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any other questions related to return or refund, you can always contact us at support@pawsrush.com.

     

    Shipping Fee Responsibility for Return

    If the return is caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific shipping fee should be based on the shipping company the customer chooses.

     

    If the return is due to our reasons, such as the goods received are damaged or not correct, then the customer is NOT required to bear the shipping fee for the return. In this case, PawsRush will provide the customer with a free return shipping label.

     

    Damages and issues

    We will replace items for you if they are defective or damaged. Please send a picture of the defective, damaged, or wrong item to support@pawsrush.com within 24 hours of receiving the item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

     

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
